First time there tonight (a Saturday). We were a party of 4. My husband and our 2 children (5 and 2yo) We Had no wait which was great with the kids lol. The place was clean an decor was great.. love the rock theme.. The waitress was Great! Very Friendly, polite, talkative and was on point. Food was excellent. It came out quick, hot and delicious. only reason for 1 star is because i cant rate lower then that... first off the waitress Lina did excellent considering we had a very big party & there shouldve been at least 2 servers for us.. our reservations was for 6 & we didnt leave til closing for us just ordering wings & fries i find that very unacceptable. we waited at least 30 mins to even get a menu & then on top of that 1 hr & a half for our cold food. meanwhile the manager was just sitting there on his phone at the counter then moved to a table in the bar area. it... read more
Recent reviews seem to be consistent with poor service and long wait times. Being in the food business myself customer service means everything. From the looks of it upper management doesn't really care too much about what's going on around him. The restaurant seems to be doing much more business than what anyone there can handle, and everything is so chaotic and unorganized. The bathrooms are also absolutely disgusting. The worst part is the food was actually pretty good.
Love this place! Haven't had a thing on the menu I didn't like!
