Great food and phenomenal service by Jules! There are many Bonefish Grills to choose from but this one is by far the best in Orlando! The hosts are great, the managers are engaging and the atmosphere is inviting.
Coming from NY where we have lots of great local restaurants all around us - I wasn't really looking forward to going to a 'chain' restaurant. We decided on Bonefish Grill and were very pleasantly surprised! Alan was our server and he has superior skills. He was so pleasant and knowledgable. I can see why he is a trainer for employees. The food and wine were excellent, we were not rushed. We will happily try out another Bonefish Grill.
Food was okay but order majorly incorrect! ! Manager came to the table and just reiterated what the waitress brought and offered not even a true apology!! Very unimpressed with the customer service and would not return!
Never heard of a martini with out vermouth. Lol. Just order vodka on the rocks. It's cheaper.
They took the pasta I liked off the menu. The food just hasn't been that good our last few visits. This last visit, I sent the spinach side dish back because it was very bitter and over garlicky. And all the dishes were way too salty.
