Ok - Destin location is fantastic- but Pensacola not so much. Redfish was dry and rubbery. Shrimp was cold.
I put my family on the waitlist for 630 online. Got there at 620 seated at 645. Everything was slow coming out. Forgot my husband's drink and salad when the other starts came out. The Blackened Cob tacos were very dry. Server was not very attentive. Over prices for service we received. Spend way too much time waiting.
Our worst Mothers Day brunch we ever had. We reserved a table for 12:30PM but didn't get seated until 1:00PM. Our food arrived at 2:20PM while we survived on bread rolls with no silverware or plates. The food was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for some time. My wife's 'bottomless mimosas' deal, she must have enjoyed maybe three due to the poor service. Great place to get Bang Bang Shrimp and Sea Bass for lunch.
Seated immediately, it was busy but a few empty tables. Had to ask for silverware and plates for our appetizer (Bang, Bang Shrimp was awesome as usual). Other than that the server was great, kept us watered, up on drinks and bread. Waited 2 1/2 hrs for food tho and it wasn’t hot, like it had been sitting for a while? And the steak was not a quality steak and was very rare for a medium well. After waiting so long for our order we didn’t want to complain and wait even longer.
Worst food I have ever eaten. Service was fine. The food was just bad tasteless undercooked sides and a over cooked steak. I will never go back be careful if choose to go.

Took my family to celebrate my granddaughters birthday...the food was absolutely fabulous!! What really made our dinner great though, was our server Andrea! All 3 adults agreed, we have never had better service anywhere! Wednesday night is always busy and Andrea made us feel like we were her only table. 3 adults, 2 kids and not one thing wrong with anything!! Kudos Bonefish and thank you Andrea!!!
After we were seated, we were not acknowledged or waited on for over 10 minutes so I had to go tell the hostess so she could send someone. Food was good once we got it.
