My wife and I had an escape dinner date that we rarely get to do, especially having 3 kids at home! Our waiter, Will, was great with his suggestions, patience, and attention to us throughout the night. Even the manager, Stacey, came by and suggested some creative choices. I’m eating keto right now, and mentioned it to my server. He had a Bonefish team member, Brandon, come over and discuss menu options with me. Brandon knew even more about keto than me, and was able to help me pick an entree that I could eat. Such amazing service!! I definitely feel lucky to have this level of service at my local Bonefish Grill, I even made him take a selfie with me (-:
My family wanted to thank Joseph at the Belleair Bluffs location. He was working the check-in on Christmas Eve and helped us. We had an issue and he understood and moved our reservation around, despite it being a very busy night. Thank you, Joseph!
