Best salmon I've had in a long time. Really enjoyed the lunch specials.
Food was good BUT it took forever between appetizers and dinner. Waiter kept saying your food will be right up, it's almost ready. 3 tables around us got their food before us. Don't think we will be returning until it's for happy hour. Definitely not as good as Bonefish in Ohio and other states we've eaten.
At first looked like we were going to be in for a treat. However after waiting for over 30 minutes our food was given to the table next to us they came in about 15 minutes after we did. That table let them know that wasn't there order but was told go ahead and eat it I will bring what is missing. What were we supposed to do wait another 30 minutes? Sad.
First Saturday night since it opened! It was EXCELLENT! Matt was our server and he was really on top of it, even though the place was PACKED! Sockeye salmon was grilled to perfection. Mushroom ravioli was succulent. And the KEY LIME PIE with pecan crust was unbelievable delicious! We have found our new favorite restaurant!
Visited Bonefish Allen on its second day open. The place is awesome. Great vibe super food and outrageous service. We shared Bang Bang Shrimp, Oysters, Lobster roll and Salmon. Each was terrific except my wife's salmon was a bit dry and she left half over. The server asked if it wasn't good and 90 seconds after my wife shared that it was a bit over cooked, Dallas, the manager came by to apologize and removed the item from our bill. We plan to make Bone Fish a twice a month treat. Oh, try the Watermelon Martini!!
Great service and knowledgeable staff! Very friendly - oh and the food is amazing. Make sure you get the watermelon martini too.
Finally some awesome fish in Allen/Mckinney! It's funny just the other week my hubby commented that we need a good fish restaurant. We asked, now our wish was granted. I started with the Blackberry Sangria and it was perfectly sweetened with blackberries and the tart of the wine. It was really a remarkable Sangria for a fish place.
