Sad to say, things started out bad, had a 6:30 reservation for 9, included 3 young children and an 87yr old, we were left to stand by the door for 35min.to wait, then we were crammed into our table, served raw muscles, returned those to the kitchen, ordered our meal and one of our party was served salmon that was not cooked in the center, they didn't have a candle for a dessert so we passed on desserts, my son is a chef and we understand "stuff " happens, but not once did the manager stop by our table to offer apologies, or ... read more

Rude and couldn't bother to sit is for dinner at4:30 with a wide open dining room.
The ceviche tasted like it was premise and had been sitting for awhile. However, the Bang Bang Shrimp still rocks! We are sorry we don't have one near us in Gilbert.
Started with fall apple martini which was fantastic! Bang bang shrimp was really good as was the ceviche. I had bourbon glazed salmon that was perfectly cooked. Bravo to the chef. Vegetable side was undercooked and rice side was overcooked but we were there for the fish and it was amazing!
Things I liked, Ceviche appetizer was delicious and a good size to share. My crab cake and steak dinner was also very tasty and cooked properly. Things I didn't like, my husbands swordfish was over cooked and awful, tables in dining room so close together that servers and customers were constantly bumping into us and the totally nasty water bottle with no ice they are bringing to the table that smells and tastes like the refrigerator they are keeping it cold in.
Dan the GM/owner is probably the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. I will never step foot in that Bonefish again. Neither will any of the nine other friends that were with me. Dan is awful!!!! He told my friend "he doesn't need our business"!
