I really liked Bone Fish Grill. We had Grouper Fish Plate & Steam Lobster Tail with warm butter. I had the Lobster Tail & it was great. The prices @ Bone Fish are affordable. It is a nice restaurant....
I love the place and food but I just got the most horrible service. Hostess Nicole was acting like I came to her house to order food to go. She came to me chewing on her food and asked what I want not even offering me the menu. Been talking in a rude tone of voice. Didn't even smile once. In the end after I paid threw my card on a desk like she really has some problem with me. i work three jobs and all of them are customer service - Id be fired for this attitude ....
This restaurant used to be 5 star and fantastic.....the constant menu changes and refusing to make wedge salads have ruined a great restaurant in my opinion....its only average now.
This use to be one of our favorite spots to go. This is where my wife and had gone for our first date, the place I asked her to marry me. This last visit was very disappointing to say the lease. Salmon came out raw. When the manager, Paul, came out with the replacement food, he never apologized or anything. Made a special day very bad one.
