Delicious food - great server “Howard” always knows how to treat his customers like royalty 💕
Food was good but service was AWFUL!! Very slow and there were people waiting for seats. It got a little better when I said, "I guess no one wants to help us tonight" and the waitress overheard. I commented to the manager who didn't care either. Very, very disappointing!
Thanks for ignoring us again when we came in We stood at the host stand while 4 couples came in behind us and were seated before us. Your hostess never even spoke to us. As we were leaving she finally looked at us and asked if we needed help. I said we did 15 mins ago. This is the 4th time in a row an older couple had been helped before us. Talked to management last time and your excuse was that the snow birds are impatient...ummm we're hungry too and give you money year long. Unacceptable and innapropriate lazy excuses.
Always get the bang bang shrimp....excellent....service excellent...wine excellent..
