Our first visit to Bonefish Grill was delicious & we will definitely return! We both ordered fresh, grilled fish & both dishes were excellent. My husband's tilapia was stuffed with a muxture of crab, shrimp & scallops. He loved it. My cod was covered in fresh crab & just melted in my mouth. But the end of our meal really sealed the deal. Loved, Loved, LOVED My Experience......That Bang Bang Shrimp Though......
I will give it a fair rating only because the last time we were there the manager tried to make everything right by replacing my dinner and then comping both the bad meal and the better one. I didn't ask for it, she just did it. I feel she is just trying to make a bad situation better. Tonight we ordered food to go, and once again got mussels that smelled like poo and tasted even worse. They serve raunchy food and don't seem to notice. A $70 meal shouldn't have to have half of it thrown away. We have eaten here since it open... read more
It was a a wait maybe to lack of waiters but the manager came out and offered complimentary bang bang shrimp!!! Which was a delight ... I always come to this location the hospitality is beyond wonderful I can only give 5 stars but yesterday was a 6 star experience...!!!

All food was cold. We had shrimp eggs Benedict as well as surf and turf eggs Benedict and they were both cold. The augraitn potatoes were hard, the potatoes weren't fully cooked. We also had a salad, which the lettuce was wilted and brown. Asked for a refill of coffee and had to wait 15 minutes for it. You would think that on Father's Day and a brunch they would've been more Prepared!
Great meal, fresh and I shared the meal and still had enough food.
