We've been going there for the past 7 years (3 of which were frequent) and have always had great service. Tonight, however, was EXCEPTIONAL! Bonefish Grill has much love from the Wentworth family!
We were ouy tonight to celebrate our 19th Anniversary wow just decided to try something new! I found the food to be fresh amazing and mot just my waiter but all the staff was so knowledgeable about there menu! I was so pleased even a visit by Mgr. To tell is Happy Anniversary outstanding dinner tonight!
We usually love this place. The house salad is awesome! But went in yesterday, Sunday and was seated. Waited apx 10 minutes and not one person even acknowledged us. If our wait person was busy it seems the hostess or one of the two people standing at the desk doing nothing could have brought us a glass of water and told us our wait person will be right with us. Something!!! Several waitresses walked by us and never even looked at us. We got up and left. Not a good way to operate a place of business.
Nicholas H was very helpful, but they really need to clean up a bit.
