My wife and I went to dinner at the bonefish grill in independence Ohio. Received an over cooked steak as part of our filet scampi order. The waiter Dwayne offered to replace the entire meal, scampis and all. The waiter also offered to box up the wrong order for our dog and gave us a complimentary dessert. We were so impressed with the service recovery. And not to mention, the appetizer and my wife's meal were excellent. all of the food was excellent. Easily the best restaurant experience I have ever had. The Bread and Pesto oil- are you kidding me? Melt in your mouth delicious! The Bang Bang Shrimp- AMAZING! The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl- Superb! The Lobster Tail I am told was the best ever and needed very little butter. The Key Lime Pie and Flourless Brownie- each bite, more delectable- like tasting heaven on a fork. Great food and dining experience, had the bang bang shrimp and steak and lobster, very small portion but very tasty. My kids had burgers that were sooo good. Will be coming back!
