The food was great and Cinnamon was a class act. Even ran my bag out to me when I left It at the table. Great evening.
Waited at our table 5 mins without being greeted had to stop a manager just to ask for water. Good wasn't as good as Concord mills or Carmel rd bang bang shrimp was over cooked.
Fantastic as usual. Chris our waiter was professional and attentive, and Kevin the manager was welcoming as always. Food is always great!
Just ate at the Birkdale North Carilina location. I was excited to eat the fried fish special, I can hardly express how DISAPPOINTED I was. The fish was soggy it was totally saturated with grease, I had eaten at Bonefish in Florida and enjoyed it. My wife and I went yesterday to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and suggested the seafood risotto. I got that and my wife got the cold water lobster tails. We shared the tuna sashimi as an appetizer. Everything was excellent! The manager was on the floor interacting with the customers making sure their dining experience was top notch. By the time we finished our meal they were starting to get busy, but we were never felt rushed to leave. An excellent dining experience!
