We were out driving New Year's Eve and didn't want to get fast food, so we stopped by Bone Fish on our way home. We didn't have reservations, but we were sat right away. They seemed short handed, but the waitress (Katherine L) we had was amazing. We ordered a flavored tea, but they didn't have them available, but she offered to make us something else which was super nice and we had a long day so it made our day.
