Can I give 0 stars because I didn't actually eat? Showed up at 7 for my 7pm reservation. Seated at 7:10 almost on top of my neighbors table. At 7:15 still no server- not even a glass of water. I told my husband five more minutes. Then we get new neighbors on the other side. They get greeted right away. We leave...that was the last chance for a restaurant we used to love that has steadily gone down hill with menu changes and sketchy service. Did I mention the tables were like 3 inches apart?
Can't complain because we got our bang bang shrimp for free, and it was delicious! However, It took forever to get our food, therefore no charge. They were short on kitchen help on 7/23, other than that, great experience. Love that place.
Quite an experience. Wonderful waiter. Un fortunately we were asked to leave before our meal came Due to an electrical problem . We will go back
Went a week ago and the food was good, but warm, not hot. Today 6 of us met, and 'servers' threw the food on the table, but not where it belonged. We had to figure that out. Again warmish, definitely not hot. My filet not bad, but lobster tail tiny and dry. We asked in the beginning for separate checks (some don't drink), and that was screwed up even worse. 1st manager messed it up worse, second manager didn't even try. I will try again as I hope the service and heating of the food can improve. The food is good.
Good stuff- Grouper outstanding.Good service . Easily unbeatable
There were 10 of us for brunch , food was delicious.. we just had one small problem the bang bang shrimp eggs benidict didn't have the bang bang sauce on the shrimp.. 😞Had to flag down a waiter to bring us the sauce instead of sending it back!!
