Third year we have made reservations for NYE for our family. After a bad experience 2 years ago we retired it this year and for a third time the Bonefish in Bel Air, MD has told us that their reservations are running late by 45 minutes. How is that possible? I can understand running a little behind as I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and know tables don’t always flip in the times projected, but 45 mins when the whole party is present and checked in on-time for their reservation is absurd. Bonefish never disappoints with their menu selections and rotating specials! Even amidst a not ideal hostess experience, our server Kelly was AMAZING and completely redeemed the experience! She was sympathetic to our situation and went out of her way to turn it around. Definitely ask for her when you come in the Bel Air location!
What wonderful lunch here today with my out of town siblings with their spouse and our daughter Stefanie. Thank you Bone Fish for the great service and delicious lunch.
