The Bonefish in Orland was on my favorites list last year. I went last night and it was horrible, the service was bad (which is nothing new) the staff always seems rushed and overwhelmed. But the food was tasteless. I complained to the manager that my once favorite appetizer was horrible, he apologized and quickly allowed us to choose another but did admit that they had changed the recipe. I feel like all the recipes have been changed or that they have all new cooks who are not as proficient as originals. It's sad to say but... read more
