Had Dexter has a waiter tonight. Very pleasant person. Great service!
Maybe they were just having an "off" night last night but I was very disappointed. Got there at 8 but they don't close until 9. A friend ordered Caesar salad but was told they were out. So he ordered something different. Then they found a Caesar salad. I ordered crab chowder and lobster stuffed shrimp. After a few minutes she came out and said they were out of the shrimp. I kept hearing friends rave about how good this restaurant is. We tried it with another couple and I wasn't that impressed. We ordered their dish similar to Carraba's Chicken Bryan. Not so good. No tangy component in the dish, such as sun-dried tomatoes. No problem. The Potatoes au Gratin were under-cooked. The waiter (who had terrible breath from decay), tried to convince us that the potatoes were supposed to be under-cooked and crunchy. They may have had an off-night. Four of us had lunch at Bonefish today....very disappointing. First the truck had not arrived with several items so all you could chose with your entree was slaw and french fries. You could order a salad for an extra charge. PLEASE.....we are paying full price for our entrees and you don't have all the side items you should and you are not going to make any concessions??? If it had not been a group, I would have left. This location is not customer focused at all.
The food was absolutely delicious. I recommend the Lily's Chicken and the Talipia with Pesto. On the other hand, our waitress took my plate away before I was finished eating. She was snoody and the service was less than desirable.
My waitress was super nice, and very helpfull, loved her. But food was salty and price was a bit high.
My mom and I had dinner last night and everything was amazing. We had the best server ever, Lindsey M. She is definitely an example of how a server should be! Thanks so much for a wonderful dinner!
I love Bonefish & every time I am in Macon , I try to go: Love their food & service is great.!!!
It was good!! First time at this location and were happy. Enjoyed our meal and service was pleasant.
