We went in on a weekday around 3 p.m., and the place was pretty empty. I don't understand why it took so long to get waited on, there were employees all about the restaurant, sitting or standing and talking, Our waitress consistently disappeared and didn't reappear for 15 minutes or so. I also saw her chatting with other employees, even after we'd asked for water refills. Food was outstanding and we eventually had a very good waitress so I know this was an isolated incident. We arrive and was sat and then we waited for at least 15 to 20 minutes before they sat a couple behind us that got immediate attention. This waitress walk by us for fifteen to twenty minutes so we must have not been in her section although common courtesy should have triggered her to help us. My first time at bone fish grill with a party of 6. food was excellent, service was excellent. I would definitely come back again and again I have nothing negative to say all 100% positive. Our server Kristin was fantastic very friendly and right on top of things could not ask for any better server.
