The new speed "fast food" service is not pleasing. We don't go to eat out to be rushed. The food is good, the music less than good and the rush and push is not what I want in a dinning experience.
Rarely do we ever have any issues with our food, but on occasion it happens and management ALWAYS makes it right. We don't ask for anything...no one is perfect and things do go wrong. We understand that, but management has always taken care of us when there was an issue. We keep coming back because we are always treated very well! This is how every restaurant should be!
Great service, great food, unbelievable experience...
Experienced food poisoning from this location. When I called to let the kitchen manager know, he shifted the blame to me telling me that it must have been something else I ate that day or the previous day. He told me food poisoning usually sets after 24-48 hours (which I know is not always the case... look it up online). I will never be going back here.
Tasty apps, crisp salads, perfectly cooked entrees. (If not , they fix it gladly. ) Wish there were more red wines. Service efficient with a smile.
