The absolute worst service ever. Each time I don't think they can get worse. THEY DO! Service is horrible. No staff. They have three larger parties (maybe 8 a piece) and they locked the front doors. Manager is rude and has no clue. Love greenbriar and centreville. Will never come back to this one. Management ought to be fired.
I ordered the fish and chips and was very happy with what I got! The fries were cooked and seasoned very well and the tempura on the fish was very light and crispy. The fish was fried perfectly but was not seasoned to stand alone. The malt vinegar made up for that however, so 4 out of 5 stars.
The food was good. I usually get my favorite fish Chilean Seabass and to healthy sides. Glass of pino noir was good too! The only area that needs some work is rhe front reception desk. The employees seemed confused about who was supposed to do what. I waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I was not in a rush it was just not what I expect at Bonefish Overall the staff was very good
First visit to the Ashburn Bonefish Grill and am very happy to say it was OUTSTANDING service and food. The chef very kindly prepared me a gluten-free parmesan crusted rainbow trout. Should have taken a picture, it was perfectly cooked and very good indeed. Kudos to the chef. Kudos to our waitress for such a great attitude and she wished me Happy Birthday about a dozen times. Great service and food all around. The birthday treat was a special surprise.
