On our last visit, they underestimated our wait time by 25 minutes. The place was packed and understaffed so we had to wait a long time for our drink order after we sat. Service has gone downhill since it opened.
We were just there last week. Our waiter was really nice, but I am still shocked he took our appetizer away before we were done with it. The food was very good but we waited a long time for it to be done and it was not very busy when we got there.
Have been there a few times and always enjoyed it. A few weeks ago we went and had an not too good experience. The waitress was not very attentive, the orders were not filled properly and some of the food was over cooked. Sent an email to Bonefish Grill and never even got a sorry. Don't think we'll be back for a long time.
Very attentive service with average food. Upside: interesting menu items, cloth napkins and table settings, quiet enough to converse easily. Friendly waitress Downside: over seasoned food that masks rather than enhances the flavor of the fish. We had Coho Salmon and even with the "Signature Sauce" on the side, came smothered in Pesto sauce. Corn chowder with lump crab meat--couldn't taste the crabmeat it was so spicy.
