Most of the entrees were fine. No complaints about the drinks. The waiter was friendly, but was wearing a shirt 3 sizes too small. Broccoli was not cooked at all, some of the sides were cold, and the ribeye was over cooked. Even worse ..the replacement ribeye was horrible. We’ve eaten here before with no complaints. Is it because it’s Tuesday?? Manager didn’t really seem to care about complaints but happily offered free desserts, of which the strawberry shortcake (cake part ) was stale. The food is good and will not break your pocketbook. Service has been attentive. Not rushed to finish our meal so we can linger with friends. The bar is good and some of their specials can be quite interesting. And they know what my fallback drink is, which is reassuring to me about their competence (Rusty Nail).
Everything is good. I have been going to the restaurant in NY. Great food and drinks.
