I enjoyed myself at bone fish grill the food was delicious
Well the wait was 40 minutes but we made it 20. The food was very good the service was better than adequate. See if it's enough
The one in our our area (Downingtown) is great. This one had some issues. The bartender took 4- ever to take our order and it wasn't that busy. There were three of them, too much chatting. The plates were dirty. The sides undercooked. The guy next to us had to send his meal back, it was undercooked. My salmon had no flavor and tasted like oil not butter. ��

Always a memorable meal that is a cut above the ordinary. Fantastic service using the team approach. And if by chance you are not happy with your choice they will replace it with anything to meet your needs. My fav is the Ahi Tuna pan seared just enough to make it warm throughout.
I really love Bonefish Grill. I love the coconut shrimp (awesome), salmon and the steaks always perfection. However, yesterday the service wasn`t great. I ordered potatoes au gratin which are usually creamy but were very dry. My mother ordered corn chowder which she had to wait for and wasn`t really hot. I ordered a cup of chowder to go and much to my surprise when I opened the cup at home it was only half full and was no spillage in the bag.
My husband and I had dinner at Bonefish, Willow Grove last evening. The service was exceptional; the atmosphere was relaxing; I chose the swordfish. It was delicious. Unfortunately the side dish of jasmine rice was mushy. The waitress offered to exchange it for something else. I selected the au gratin potatoes, however they were undercooked. Didn't want to be a pest, so I let it go at that point.
Excellent service. I love their Tilapia Imperial and their pear Martini. The place is very nice and they are pretty fast as far as seating and food coming out. Don't leave this place without trying their Jamaican coconut pie, delicious.
