SEE PICS FOR PROOF Pipe burst under our master bathroom sink & leaked through our kitchen ceiling drywall. - Maico (Bonedry) estimated 8-9k for damage & pushed us to open a insurance claim. - Told us we needed to remove all bathroom tile to check for mold. - Drilled 3 holes in our bathroom wall (nowhere near the leak), to do a test (questioned by other contractors we brought in). - leaves behind the fans on Fri, 8/30 & picked up Tues, 9/2 (total of 5 days) but billed insurance 7 days. I had a plumbing issue in my kitchen. I called a plumber and while at my home, the plumber called BoneDry Services for what he said was water damage that needed to be remediated. BoneDry Services brought a fan and dehumidifier to my home that same day. They did not give me any estimate or pricing information at the time. They pressured me to call my homeowners insurance company and submit a claim and said that if I said the right words, the insurance company would pay.
