My wife and I attended bone builders in Cumberland for two years plus. The program is so well designed and delivered with excellent group leaders. At ages 84&86 it was the best program we have ever experienced. It is sorely missed!
I attend the Bone Builders classes at the Pilgrim Senior Center In Warwick. Instructor is great and keeps things moving and lots of fun. Feel more energetic and flexible....best I have felt since my double knee replacement 5 years ago. I would recommend this class for anyone.
I now will go three days aweek because I like the class and the teacher is a5 star.My daughter who went once to see if she thought it would be good for my bones ,was100% happy. And said keep going this is going to be the right ex. For your bones. My daughter is an RN. she will go again an also liked the teacher very much. Any new ex.added would be okay or changethe routine alitte.
