I made an appointment, dropped off the vehicle and they took it in on my scheduled time. Alignment was done in a timely manner, I was handed a print out and they explained everything to me and what parts were needed for repair. I requested an estimate, they scheduled me another appointment for the repairs and my vehicle was fixed professionally.
Definitely not the best around anymore. After getting car alignment steering wheel is off to the right. After taking it back to get it fixed I leave and it is still off to the right. These guys are supposed to be The Alignment Shop for this area. I wouldn’t take my kids power wheel car there to get aligned.
Tires and front end alignment, reasonable price.
Went there last week to have a tire repaired and they put a plug in it and said it's still leaking that the cut was to big. I took it to another shop and the looked at it said yeah we can fix that. They fixed it right up no leaks or nothing. Got ripped off $20. Won't be going there ever again.
We've had excellent experiences at Bonebrake Automotive. We look forward to many more years of working with them!
