Went to the walk-in on a recent morning for what I thought was a broken foot. Fantastic service. Friendly and prompt receptionist, nurse, x-ray team, and doctor. Fitted with a boot and out the door in a but over an hour. Great care.
Rudest reception ever. My 12 yr old son was in ALot of pain. Arrived at the walk in sat at 3:59 as the walk in closed at 4:30. He hurt his arm badly playing football and we assumed a break and rushed him asap. From the time we walked in, we were ignored and treated poorly. Cold receptionist to put it kindly. They put the wrong type of cast on-had a simple broken finger. Also, they didn’t even buddy tape the broken finger. I was in terrible pain all night until I googled what to do and figured out to buddy tape my broken finger-which they hadn’t done. Had to go to a different doctor and have the cast redone. I called their patient advocacy office and no return cal. Avoid!
I arrived at 6:20 with my son (4) who hurt his elbow at wrestling practice. The staff was exceptional, despite being so close to closing time. Dr. Brianne Sims saw no fracture on the xray and after evaluation was sure it was a dislocated ligament, also called nursemaid's elbow. She was able to perform a maneuver that got the ligament back into place and within minutes my son was nearly pain free. I am extremely pleased with our experience here.
Great Staff. The phone system is very busy.
