Dr. Peters is apparently very busy, resulting in a poor experience--not much listening to the patient and zero follow-up communication. Dr. Peters assigned the same MRI that had been taken only months before, as we told him, ending with the same negative results. No response from the office until I called to find out what the MRI showed. Just bad overall, and making us wish we had gone elsewhere, and wishing I had read the other poor/mediocre reviews here beforehand. I recently got in a car accident and broke my right ankle. The initial consultation was fine and the surgery went great. My issue was with how slow the office was whenever I needed help. For example, they messed up my prescription and there were issues with both the pharmacy and the office. I did not get my prescription until 3 days after the surgery. Also they never answer the phone. But other than that, everyone was super polite and answered all my questions during my appointments.
