She analyzed my injury. Treated me thoroughly and knew how to get me returned to my sport quickly and safely.
Dr. Sanford and her assistant were very unprofessional and rushed. I could hear them talking badly about a patient and how she was a drug addict. She was rough and did not remove my cyst at all then wouldn't return calls to resolve it. Very dissatisfied, I would never return.
This place delayed my treatment twice because of their receptionist's laziness and inability to take responsibility. I went to Urgent Care on Monday night and was told I needed to get to a joint specialist Tuesday. I called this location and requested to make an appointment as soon as possible. Instead of taking my information or asking why I needed an appointment she said, "just come to the walk-in hours on Wednesday" and hung up. LAZY.
