Dr Edwin refused to meet with me in person on our first doctor's visit. My wife took off work because of the severity of my medical issues and wanted to be present because of the importance of this doctor's appointment. MUSC on their voice mail said at this time they are taking patients in person and over the internet. Because of the severity of my arthritis and autoimmune disease I needed to see him in person but he did not care. The best doctor you can ask for. I always recommend Dr. Smith to anyone in need of an amazing rheumatologist. Dr. Smith works very hard for his patients because he cares how you are feeling. He figured out what was wrong with me after I had two surgeries I probably didn't need. Now I am doing so much better & can enjoy life.
