Caring and kind and patience very professional
Called to make an appointment and they were asking for all my information which I expected and gave willingly. However when I didnt have my ID card immediately available and said I would have to call back with that info, the call came to a halt. I asked if they had available appointments but the lady would not tell me anything further because I didnt have my insurance info. I was hoping to get an appointment ASAP. I was pleased with my first time experience at the Bone and Joint Clinic in Gretna. My appointment was with Dr. Todd who saw me punctually and listened well to my medical issues. He had me take the appropriate diagnostic images and treated my discomfort with the simplest approach. Thankfully my problem was not extensive and he took enough time to explain what I needed to know. One day later and I’m pain free with normal mobility. 👍🏽
