Bone Dry llc. Installed a metal roof on our house 13 years ago. It still looks brand new. They were meticulous, even though the 8 days of rain that interrupted their work. Well done.
They arrived right at 7am on a sunday to a condo facility and decided that stomping around on a flat roof and waking like 25 people up is okay. The company has no thoughtfulness for the residents and no communication with the hoa because the hoa never even called for them to come in.

Our roof Still Leaks. No matter what Please get other roof appraisals done. This company was $30,000 over 4 other Roof companies. That alone speaks for itself. Never trust their 10 year warranty either its worthless . They give you the run around.
