I reached out because I saw they were a local business that started in 1981. Debbie, their office person, was responsive and provided a bid with clear verbal explanation of the necessary repair so that I could use in consideration of the home purchase. While they may not have the most up to date website or lots of reviews, they clearly have their focus in the right place. Debbie was fantastic. She had her techs look at some photos in a house I am considering purchasing. Provided a bid with clear explanation of the necessary repair so that I could use in consideration of the purchase. I maintain a 300 unit complex in Schaumburg that has or should say had many foundation issues until I started using Bone Dry. We tried several other companies before Bone Dry and all of the work they did always ended up leaking again usually within a month.
