Buyer beware. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. I was just offered $4,000 UNDER ***** Bluebook trade-in price for my MACH-E GT. ***************************, in Enterprise, offered me the *** trade in price. The *********** managers and sales staff lied to my face about the *** price. Even after I produced the *** quote directly from ***.com, they said $4,000 under the quote *** provided was the actual *** recommend price. They were unwilling to show their *** quote in writing. They had my vehicle for 3 months. Every time you call, it's the parts has not come in or they lie about when to pick up the vehicle. They lie alot
Worse service department ever, I’ll never own a ford again.Had a Ford Edge in for front end damage due too deer strike. They replaced condenser and radiator among others.The ac worked perfectly before bonds to head it. They one month later said it was done and upon picking it up the blower motor didn’t work at all and they refuse to fix it.How do u do ac work charge the system and make sure it works right if the blower motor doesn’t work.After getting paid to replace the whole front end of this car they give it back and say ... read more
