Horrible horrible company!! We had an emergency today and cannot get any help whatsoever! They are telling me that they are coming out tomorrow but they don’t leave a time. No air since last night. Bondy was ALWAYS terrific! This place only cares about money! Don’t worry we will pay you as we are sweating in our house and I just had surgery and can’t be in this 95 degree house. It’s hard to rest. Just get someone tomorrow that knows what they are doing!! I just hope I can update this review for a better one.
Used to be a Great oil company still love the office staff but with the change in ownership I did end up going with community oil since they were much more flexible in emergency cases
I am a new customer, so far so good. Sue was a great help.
