I rented both a house and townhome from Bonds on two separate occasions for a total span of 6 years. They were absolutely fantastic landlords. Always pleasant and very responsive to my calls, and reasonable on rent and only made one small rent rate change during that entire time. Maintenance work was completed quickly when requested. Moving out also went very smoothly. I highly recommend them.
