Best Dentist Ever in North Texas!!! I've been around a long time and have experienced the worst dentist ever so I definitely know a GREAT Dentist when I see one! Dr Presley and her team are the best!! They are patient, kind, experienced and really care about you from the minute you step foot in her office! Thank you for being so kind and patient with me!!
Although the office was closed. Chelsa emailed my X-rays to my new dentist in Iowa after 15 minutes of me leaving a text request. I really appreciate this exceptional service as I lost a filling and need to get it attended. Again exceptional customer service is not that common but when it happens you have to provide a heartfelt thanks and compliment for a job well done. Give Chelsa a bonus!!!
Cancelled due to not being able to get the correct treatment that I requested a a patient. 2 months later they tried to charge me for an $80 cancellation fee….maybe I wouldn’t have cancelled if you, saw my concern as valid instead of just doing what you felt was necessary!
Charged me 2000 to fix a cavity….. got X-rays and a cleaning but never got the cavity fixed…..when my next appointment came they said I needed a more refined cleaning…..could we just fix the cavity please… maybe listen to your patients.
Dr. Presley and her team are absolutely amazing. My husband and I have been going here for years but took our toddler in for his first dental visit. He had such a good time and was truly cared for by everyone there. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time visit experience for him. Thank you for going above and beyond and always giving us the best experience.
