$80 to get retainers tightened is completely outrageous ! All I had to get done was my bottom retainer tightened a bit , something that lasted under 10 minutes and it costed $80 to do so. This is crazy Bonds and Patton do better. Whenever I called up there to make my appointment I wasn’t informed that to get them tightened there would be a $80 fee so i’m highly disappointed.
I have been using Bonds and Patton for a little over a year and a half and have had an excellent experience. All staff that has treated me where very kind and explained what they where doing. I think that the points system is very clever because it motivates people to maintain there braces in a healthy and clean way. Over all, I would highly recommend to anyone.
