My son was diagnosed as being farsighted. I purchased glasses for him based off the doctor recommendation. I brought him for a second opinion and was told he did not need glasses. I’ve attempted to return them and I am being told I will be charged a 30% restocking fee. So yet they misdiagnosed him and want me to still pay. I have filed a grievance with his insurance and a report with the state medical board.

I have been going to the bond Eye clinic in Amite for years. This year I went to the clinic they dilated my eyes and did my exam. Got my new glasses couldn’t see good at all the young lady told me I have to get used to them. Two weeks went by I still could not see. Went back for another I exam, while wearing my old glasses that I can see out of good. Got new glasses and still couldn’t see out of my left eye.
