I’d advise you to go somewhere else. Yes, I was originally running late to my 5:30 appointment, and they texted me a grace period until 5:44. I got inside literally 10 seconds after it turned 5:45 and was denied. Drove 40 minutes away, with my cat already scared from the car ride, just to get turned around over 10 seconds. He is so scared of car rides and they just made him go through that.
If you need vets who care this is your BEST option! Everyone (special shoutout to Alize and Dr. Tedesco) was so kind and helpful to me and my fur baby. They know exactly how to handle animals, especially ones who are nervous and skiddish. They are true cat whisperers! I found them by chance and will always return here when needed. Took my cat here everyone was super nice super understanding. They were extremely open and transparent about everything they answered any and all questions I had. They gave me a lot of helpful suggestions to make vet visits smooth and easy. Definitely would recommend if you want good customer service, timely operation, and a caring staff. Great 1st experience. I will go back. We got an appointment the same day we called to bring in kittens that were found who had been dumped. The rooms were clean, the staff were courteous and compassionate, both to the cats and to us!
