The vet and front desk were amazing. Thank you Bond vet for accommodating my sick animal and providing excellent service
Dr Simmons took great care of my nervous dog. She has a great bedside manner and clearly super experienced. I was impressed with my experience at bond vet. The facilities are clean and technology seems updated. My dog had surgery and a nurse helped me to carry him into an uber (he’s 75 lbs!). They aren’t shy about giving discounts. My only quibble was that it’s hard to book a surgery because it’s not an option in the online portal so you have to call in, and information about preparing for the surgery was not readily availab... read more
This is the second (and last) time that we give this vet a chance. Back in December we took our cat here and felt that we had an off experience. There seemed to be a sense of pushing you and guilting you into making heavy cost decisions. However, we were not sure if this was just a one off or if this was how this branch/chain vet acts. I went to bond vet the other week because my cat was throwing up. The nurses and front desk were nice to me but I was very disappointed with the vet herself. First of all, my cat was throwing up a couple times for one day only, and he was fine afterwards (eating normally, playing, acting the same, etc), but I still came in to make sure he was okay. I explained to the front desk, the nurse, and vet that his previous owner took my cat to another vet and that office lost all records of my cats vaccination records. I tried every... read more
