I don’t like the way one of them handled my pet. Also, this spot is definitely about their money. If you’re not rich in Astoria, your pet might as well die. That was there vibe, for real. One worker was kind when returning my cat, but the place seemed really stingy about mostly everything. “Running low on snacks,” meanwhile their entire front area had cases of treats. Everything’s a show or a scam here. I left disappointed.
Rude customer service. They cancelled my appointment because I was late 15 minutes due to traffic and denied emergency care to my dog. I had to find another animal hospital. The nurses at the desk were rude and refused to help.
I recently had to take my pet to this veterinary clinic, and I am incredibly grateful for the compassion and care they showed. The entire team was wonderful and made an extremely difficult experience much more bearable. They were thoughtful, patient, and took the time to explain every part of the euthanasia process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed. im very picky when it comes to doctors for my cats but this place was so comfy and welcoming they took care of both of my cats amazingly my cats are very anxious but loved the doctors i really recommend bringing your fur babies here for check ups they are a wonderful place
