My experience there was really lovely. I took my partner in and saw the level of care and consideration they had for their patients and that prompted me to book in for myself and get a check up. Jess at the front desk was an absolute superstar and made sure you’re well looked after. Jade and Brent were so knowledgeable and provided excellent service and really made you feel comfortable in the chair. Would really recommend to anyone!
The staff are so patient, kind and thoughtful. I saw Ned for an emergency appointment and he explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He also patiently clarified parts I had questions about and ensured I was as comfortable as possible throughout the whole procedure that ensued. I now have a sense of trust, confidence and knowledge that I can ask the questions I need to feel comfortable. I'm so thankful I found Bond St Dental! xoxo
By far the best dentist we have ever been to! If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further. If I could give 10 out of 10, I would! Jess, the owner, runs the front of house alongside Ellen, and together they run a very tight ship. The practice is incredibly accommodating and they always do their very best to fit you in. This is a standout clinic. Every step of the process is explained clearly and handled with a calm, professional approach. Jess, the patient coordinator, is exceptional—she has never met a stranger in the best way. Warm, engaging, and highly attentive, she makes the entire experience feel seamless.
