This salon is overall amazing, but Rachel went above and beyond! She is incredibly kind and talented. She really took the time to listen to my hair goals and I absolutely loved the end product. It was worth every penny and more!
Hi, I’m super confused why I was charged $100 for a super simple trim today. My color service with Courtney (who is fantastic) is usually $140 which I believe is an adequate price. I was asked if I wanted to add anything. I asked for a simple straight line trim. I was charged $100 for a trim on top of the $140 full color service? No heads up for something like this is not acceptable, it’s one hundred bucks.
