Worst Agent and Agency – Don't use them if you have a day job. I work until 5:30 and I told them that repeatedly only to get lip back from there because it was an inconvenience to them. The realtors themselves expect compensation on every little extra detail they do. My realtor, Guillermo Chiriboga, went to this building managements office to pick up some papers during the day and expected me to compensate him, basically a per diem rate on top of the commission that he would earn. Worst. Experience. Ever.
