I enjoy my self when im there and meet new people
I've been going since the end of April of this year 2016, and all I can say is that it's just a fantastic place to be... The trainers and the staff are great, the facility is always clean, and the people are all friendly and supportive... I've made some new friends who encourage me to continue to give it my all, and I just really enjoy it!
THe personal trainers are the best. BEth just keep pushing me and I am proud of how far I have come. Beth is so encouraging and is always willing to stay after class and help me. THANK YOU for keeping me motivated to keep on coming back�
I love instructors, they are knowledgeable and inspirational. I always have fun.
