I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Bond Beauty Place on September 23, 2024. I booked an appointment for 8:30 AM, with the stylist assuring me that my hair would be finished by 2 PM. However, she showed up late and spent nearly an hour cleaning the shop instead of starting on my hair. Despite my repeated concerns about time, I was still left waiting. First time coming here and definitely my last. The store should be open and it’s not. When I arrive, a lady was outside sitting in a walker, saying that she’s on her way. no punctuality and just a waste of my time.
called in store and asked if they had a specific product person rudely said I have to come in store they don't discuss that. very unprofessional. I would never spend money here.
Very nice! Excellent price! We will be back again
