The customer service is horrible, and the various female staff are so difficult to deal with. The company consistently threatens customers about getting their vehicles reposed. They way in which this company makes money is working with towing companies, I have never been more than 45 to 60 days late on a payment. Terrible costumer services. They are very rude especially the manager Doris .
we purchased 2 prior vehicle treat legacy customer horribly was going to buy a third we canceled a 12500 sale not vehicle conditions or fiance or documentation but for the way their sales person treated us which was rude nasty and condescending guess cash in had repeat customers don't matter they do not deserve your hard earned money!
I stopped there yesterday because a vehicle caught my eyes and patiently waited till the salesperson was done then he never looked at me or said a word and walked off. Rude as hell as he could have said be right with you or backninba minute so I jumped in my car and left. I read the reviews glad he stuck his nose up probably saved me a lot of trouble.
Bond Auto Sales is the worst company ever and they have the worst customer service experience.The Staff is rude and very unprofessional! 0 stars.They are horrible, liars, inresponsible and the manager are very rude.
