From a couple years back ... my E150 van broke down, I had zero idea what was wrong, but the store manager did ... some 'minor' electrical issue which he explained and sold me the few dollars of parts. Since I was having trouble installing them, and they weren't busy late in the day. he did it for me! What a guy.

Unhelpful workers that act like they are doing you a favor when no it’s your job to help people that’s why your store exist. Walmart is cheaper! Standing around talking instead of asking the customer if they need something or greeting in general. Zero customer service skills. Wednesday 4/23/25 10 am
