Came here 2 different times to buy wipers and get them installed. 1st time the employee told me he couldn't leave his post, even though the store was empty and I think his associate was in the room behind the registers. 2nd time I went and asked, both employees looked at each other then one told me it was " too cold outside".... if you provide a service you provide a service...I went to Advance Auto parts bought 2 wiper sets and had better experience. I do not recommend this place.
Best O'Reilly auto parts store to visit,very helpful was able to make a return and get the correct bulb needed
Extremely disappointed purchased wipers there asked if they could install them sign says free installation after purchasing was told they are not installed in the evening daytime only shame on you O’Reilly you don’t live up to your policy
