This is single handedly the WORST Korean Place I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. I've ordered delivery from here twice and each time it has been horrendous to the point of throwing the food away. This latest time there were two turkey legs in my drumsticks? It sounds great but they tasted dry and after 5 minutes I began to feel sick. The 10 Strips I bought weren't even covered in seasoning and were RAW!!! We waited for more than 40mins for our food that came out very very unseasoned, though it was hot and fresh and super crunchy but terribly unseasoned. The experience could have been better if the cashier informed us of the current wait time prior to ordering. There were like 5-6 different food pick-up delivery drivers waiting for their orders too the moment we walked in. So disappointed and this was the exact opposite of the other BonChon chicken places I have been. I am not coming back to this location.

Sam was very attentive, I came with a group of friends on a budget and he gave great recommendations on the food. The food was well made and delicious. The restaurant was clean.
